Q. When will my order ship?
A. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched, unless contacted directly by a Joyfolie representative. Orders purchased during high sale times, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, can take up to 3-5 business days for processing.
Q. Can I make a changes to an existing order?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. Please check your items and sizes thoroughly before finalizing the purchase.
Q. How does your clothing run?
A. Our apparel runs pretty true to size, however if your little one is in between sizes then we always recommend sizing up.
Q. How do I make a return or exchange?

Q. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
A. Yes, we do! To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your country and zip code. A shipping quote will appear before you check out.
Q. I see an item I really like in past designs that says sold out. Can I place a custom order?
A. Sorry, but we do not take custom orders. However, every new season we do bring some of our old designs back! To be emailed when new items debut, please sign up for our newsletter.
